In applying for a licence, a brief guide exists to the right, however you should consult a specialist licensing consultant before deciding to undertake this type of application.

• All applicants must be over 18 years of age, not insolvent under administration, and no criminal history (of certain types).
  
• Companies can apply for a licence.
  
• Applicants must have a premises in Queensland and be capable of producing Beer or Spirits in this State through recognised Brewing or Distilling procedures.
